Classic Mid-Century with updated amenities
From 1981-87 the property was converted to condominiums, enabling individual ownership of the classic midcentury open floor plan style apartments and classic town homes.
From 2003 to 2011, Woodlake received extensive renovations and updates: all six pools were renovated, including the main pool and spa. The tennis courts were re-engineered and today match the US Opencolors. Throughout the complex, all single pane windows were removed and replaced with energy efficient, dual pane windows. Stair towers received more contemporary roof lines, and 90% of stucco was renovated; a new color scheme updated and reinvigorated the classic Woodlake look.
More recently, the paths around the lake that give Woodlake its name received a revitalized planting scheme, benches, and interpretative signage for the abundant flora and fauna at Woodlake.
